"This hotel utilizes illegal, deceptive fees. They were going to charge me an "amenities fee" when I checked in, without telling me, after the room had already been paid for. They sent me a link to fill out their "Registration Card" where they wanted photos of my ID, credit card info, and to sign their policies (no mention of any required amenities fees). There's no front desk staff on site - had to call their main office in San Diego and they were very unhelpful and misleading. When I called,...
