""Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! "I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! "
