"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. A big bonus for families with young children is that the room had a microwave, which made it so convenient to warm up milk for my younger son at night. We stayed at another hotel previously that didn’t have a microwave, which made things much more difficult when travelling with kids. The location was also excellent, close to BC Place and many other downtown attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially to families travelling with children!"

"The room was great. It was not ready at 3 but we got complimentary drinks in the lounge during our short wait. The room was beautiful and modern. Blinds convenient and easy to bring down to cover the view of the office buildings across which are very close. Location was perfect for downtown shopping, shows and other obligations. The pool was fine and hot tub and lounge area with table fires great. Food in the restaurant could be improved. We ate both a dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Atmosphere and decor in lounge and restaurant was very nice though."
