"The morning staffing was great, I had a minor issue and it was corrected immediately. The hotel was very close to the airport and a reasonable distance to the Port for my cruise ship. Good place to stay at a reasonable price. Local food and restaurants nearby for quick eats and their is a nice kinda upscale restaurant and party area not far away.(Within walking distance) There's a 24 hour laundry mat also in reasonable walking distance as well.i met a few nice people staying there and it's also pet friendly. The check in staff could be a little better but I do believe the miscommunication was due to a language barrier issue and the newer staffing operations but all in all nice place to stay will do again when I fly into Miami...."
