"There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

"The check in was very quick and the attendant explained the sign up and schedule for the free airport shuttle. He also made sure we knew about the complementary breakfast. Parking is $10 onsite which we didn't expect. There are lots of restaurants nearby but the street is busy so we had to walk down to a set of lights. I would stay here again for its location and ease."
