"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"If there were an option to give less than 1 star, I would. On our first night, the comforter in our room was visibly dirty, with makeup stains and looked like it hadn’t been washed at all (see photos). We reported it to management and were moved to another room, which we appreciated—but the issues didn’t stop there. In the new room, there was ongoing maintenance right next door. The noise was unbearable, especially early in the morning. We even had to call the front desk to ask them to have the workers be mindful of guests trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the next day with no consideration for how early it was. To make matters worse, we requested service through the in-room system for fresh towels and bathroom cleaning, and no one ever showed up—not once during our entire 4-day stay. This experience made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend staying here."

"B Ocean Resort is a nice, clean hotel in a great location, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the beach area was clean, well maintained, and easy to enjoy. Amenities like beach chairs were easily accessible, which made our beach days even better. There are a few small areas that could use some improvement. Our room was missing a few basic items upon arrival, and the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t the best. Nothing that ruined our stay, but a little more attention to those details would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a good stay with great service, a clean property, and a beautiful beach atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying again."

"The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly. The down side is the hotel have NO amenities as restaurants or bars. Olivia used to be the restaurant and the bar but is being closed for a while. It is just a little overpriced cafe and the pool in the rooftop. I definitely will stay there again and totally recommend it."

"love love staying at the W. this would be my 2nd time staying here, but we got a oceanfront room this time and loved it. amenities are always good. new pool was beautiful. pool staff very attentive. front desk staff and bell guys were helpful and nice. only downside or should i say upgrade they need to indulge into next would be updating their televisions in the rooms. they had “cable” but there was no good options to watch or no option to login into the most common apps (prime, netflix, etc). my toddler travels with us, otherwise i would not have cared. so all in all, great stay + hotel, the tv situation just needs to be upgraded :) would absolutely stay again and again with hopes that the upgrade is made eventually."

"While the lobby and bars make a stunning first impression, the guest rooms are a massive disappointment. The accommodations feel stuck in 2010, appearing dated and dingy rather than upscale. Housekeeping standards are severely lacking; our shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the balcony was in terrible condition and lacked quality seating. The service at the pool area was equally frustrating expecting one staff member to serve hundreds of guests is unrealistic. Consequently, our food was delivered to the wrong table, and we endured a two-hour wait for basic beach snacks. This property has potential, but the guest experience currently fails to meet even basic expectations."
