Nice place to stay

We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!

We booked the stay on Expedia and when we arrived at the hotel it was closed for a renovation. Now we are trying to get a refund but, Expedia has to investigate the situation. No one was there to even talk to.
