Everything was excellent apart from the wifi not working in my room. The staff member tried to rectify the problem but without success. I was able to access the wifi in the bar/dining area. I will be booking again in the near future

My room was very clean, tea and coffee facilities and lovely clean towels , the shower was hot I only went to breakfast the once due work commitments but for a continental breakfast there was plenty , the coffee was delicious , no noise from the pub under the rooms would definitely return and recommend.

Raven hotel

Very friendly hotel - excellent receptionist - very personable- very good value room - I had en-suite - room was very clean - tea and coffee provided - continental breakfast very good - only issue was noise from accompanying room as it would appear that person there was on phone most of the night

Really nice and pleasant stay, staff are lovely, food is great, room is lovely, and a nice friendly lounge pub environment when you want to socialise a bit or feel less of a solo traveller, is an added extra. I really recommend this hotel for people who like people and enjoy a cozy atmosphere

A lovely clean venue with attentive staff. Only downside for us our room was not an en suite. We're of the age we times have to get up thru the night..lol Quiz was good fun. Drinks not too expensive

Bit tired but very friendly staff. Lovely gardens. Good continental breakfast selection. Area could be more disabled friendly. We had problems getting my husbands mobility scooter up and down kerbs but that is not the fault of the hotel.

1 very slight drawback

The only slight drawback was that the room had a shared bathroom. I know this when we booked - and as the only room left we had to go with it. But after a night of feeling unwell (nothing to do with the food at the hotel) the shared bathroom experience was a minor issue. Probably more so for the other guests. The staff were excellent, helpful & attentive.
