La habitación estuvo muy cómoda e impecable. La atención del personal fue cordial. Fuimos atendidos por personal de recepción, del bar para solicitar hielo, y en el rooftop cuando subimos a tomar a fotos. Salir del estacionamiento con el vehículo fue un poquito complicado ya que no sabíamos el lugar preciso para timbrar y que de recepción nos abran la puerta. Escogería nuevamente esta cadena en nuestro próximo viaje a España.

I stayed at the Hotel Mezquita Center for 3 nights in May. I loved staying there and would stay there again. My room was spacious and clean, with plenty of desk space to work on, conveniently placed outlets to plug in my devices, and plenty of space to put luggage, clothes and other things. The A/C worked very well, and the room had a feature I wish other hotels would adopt: Instead of those annoying cards you hang on your door for Do Not Disturb or Please Clean My Room, they had two buttons near the door. Press the button with the slashed bell icon and a light outside your room turns red, indicating to Housekeeping that you don't want to be disturbed; press the button with the broom icon and the light outside turns blue, so Housekeeping knows you'd like your room cleaned. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of items. The service was friendly and professional. And I loved being right across the street from the train station. Highly recommended.

Many details were overlooked and staff was not well trained, we were given wrong information by front desk a couple times. We were also put in an ADA room without being asked if that was ok and it turned out to ruin our experience at the hotel. The bathroom was set up in a way that the shower water flowed into the sink and toilet area, and when we would come back to hotel room at night, the room smelled like sewer due to bathroom drainage rising in heat. Make sure to verify with hotel that you DO NOT want an ADA room unless needed for your own reason. I felt like the breakfast buffet was vastly overpriced for 30 euros/person. I also thought the pool service was lacking. Overall, the only plus I would give for this hotel is that it is new (however because of this it has it's own issues) and proximity to the train station (literally right in front of it). Otherwise, I'd opt for another hotel that is more central and has better customer service.

Modern hotel near the train station but a bit of a walk to the Jewish quarter where most good restaurants are. A few problems in the room like the faulty shower knob and telephone, but most were addressed. Wifi is a problem as it was either patchy or not working. Housekeeping barged into the room just to ask what time we were checking out, which is not great in terms of privacy. And room on check in was not ready even past 2 pm. Definitely there is room for improvement but a nice hotel nevertheless.
