All of the above. The rooms were great, the all inclusive food was healthy varied and plentiful and the staff were kind and took time to add lots of little touches that really made the holiday.

Breakfast was both fresh, and well refreshed each morning. Same for dinner in the evening. Rooms we're lovely and clean, had great linen.and a good size balcony. Staff were V friendly and accomodating.

My stay at Iolida was great. The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. While some options were a bit repetitive, there were still plenty of different plates to enjoy. The drinks were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and matched the description perfectly. There was a minor issue with the shower, as the drainage worked poorly and occasionally flooded the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell from outside at times. I did not use the pool as the water was too cold for me, however the area outside pool is ok. Despite these small issues, I had a wonderful holiday overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was expecting more from this hotel. The check-in process and staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Same during the all-inclusive meals at the restaurant. Bed is comfortable. Now the not so good part, room was not clean enough. Lots of killed mosquitos marks on the wall ( blood marks ) . Shower didnt have enough pressure. The bathroom was not well cleaned - when we first entered it , you could see the sink and mirror were dirty. One night there were couple people outside drinking and singing after midnight and hotel didnt do anything to stop the loud enviroment. With tours leaving so early, it's hard to sleep with that noise. AC was leaking water at the entry hall in our room. You have to fight for a parking spot if you have a car. Limited parking and have to park in so many different locations inside the hotel area. One day we parked at some place that was not allowed and the staff just put the chain on top of the car , blocking the road.

Le personnel est adorable ! Le soucis j avais demandé des aliments sans gluten , en arrivant juste du pain , de plus pas un vrai 4 étoiles pour moi plus un 3 étoiles , j avais pris une suite ! Pas de ménage .j avais un all exclusif ( bouteille d eau payante ) hormis le personnel et la nourriture je déconseille pas de cafetière ou de bouilloire dans la chambre !

Beautiful hotel but could be better

This hotel is really gorgeous and the decor is amazing, the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was one of the best pools and was deep at one side which was fantastic. The shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door is great to take you in to town (30 minutes ) and the front desk staff were helpful! The biggest let down for us was the food, we went all inclusive and I wouldn’t pay for this again, food choices were very limited especially to us as an Irish couple, I feel anyone from northwest Europe, America etc would struggle with the food. I think the buffet system doesn’t suit this hotel and a normal restaurant would’ve been great- even just the option . The bar staff outside by the pool were not friendly or welcoming especially to all inclusive staff it felt as though they were much more pleasant to those without the all inclusive package which was strange. There aren’t very many dining options or bars nearby also. The walk to the beach was good! Lastly, the hotel entertainment would have been great but on our nights was all in French so it was hard to join in on this.

2 Star Hotel - AT BEST!

Left a day early, it was that BAD. This is a 2 star hotel quality at best. Firstly we were charged by the hotel after having paid in full on Hotels.com. We went back two days in a row to try get it sorted - and a few days later they have not refunded - still trying to secure a refund for the incorrect payment. The photos are very deceiving . There is a very very strong sewer / chemical smell in the room that lead to all of us feeling sick with a sore throat. Room is very run down and dirty. Found a teaspoon in the shower when we checked in, marks on walls, marks on floor - coffee cups were dirty. The garden view unit is a patio looking out on to a back alley with rat traps. Would not recommend for the price.

Wirklich herausragend waren die sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Zimmer waren sauber. Das Buffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Waren 14 Tage da und traurig als wir gehen mussten.

Wir waren als Paar Mitte Juni für eine Woche dort. Untergebracht waren wir in einem neu renovierten Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Es war sehr modern und sauber. Allerdings fehlte es an Staumöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Getränke sind viel zu süß. Jeder Cocktail schmeckt gleich. Das Publikum besteht zu 90% aus Franzosen. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Animation und im Abendprogramm wieder. Was wirklich enttäuschend ist, ist die Poollandschaft. Der Pool ist sehr lieblos und auch schmutzig. Wenn man an die Poolwand kommt, hat man blaue Farbe am Körper. Außerdem stinkt das Wasser. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Das hat aber auch damit zu tun, dass Dassia weder ein schöner Ort ist, noch einen schönen Strand hat.

Vi fick hotellets finaste rum! Största terasssn wow!!!! Fint sätt fira 40 åringen. Hotellet allt var bra, bara vi som kände att all inklusive inte är vår grej. Buffé - god mat men liknande varje dag.
