We had an amazing 6-day stay with our family, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was the extraordinary attention and care from the entire staff. They made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly throughout the entire week. Impeccably clean, wonderful amenities, and world-class service. Highly recommended for families!

Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30% discount I feel it should be the difference of the cheapest include option personal. But would definitely go again. We had the hotel airport shuttle yes a little more than booking separate but worth it for the service and ease of it.

A bit too busy at breakfast, the plates are not always clean even though they are available. No refill of soap in the room although we specifically asked for it. The dinners are great. Specially one of the other restaurants, Asador.

Absolut positive Überraschung. Waren das erste Mal mit Nachwuchs (8 Monate) unterwegs und das Hotel war goldrichtig. Personal ist super freundlich und kümmert sich wirklich innig um die kleinen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

This is a very well maintained, clean and well run place. It is a busy resort and what they do, they do very well. It's a bit of a free for all at meal times and the bars are the usual slap a drink in front of you, but it’s an all inclusive and that should be expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are kept immaculately. I would say for all of the all inclusive holidays I’ve had in Europe this is the best. For a place that has so many guests they manage a level of luxury that I haven’t experienced before in a resort like this. Whoever manages this place is doing an extraordinary job. This place is a perfect example of how these sorts of resorts should be run. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you have a young family. Apart from the very small things I mentioned earlier, and even then, I really don’t think they can do much better. Bravo Sentido Apollo Palace!

I stayed at this hotel with my son and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The food was delicious, and the kids’ club was amazing, my son absolutely loved it and wanted to go back all the time. He thoroughly enjoyed the many activities available, especially the mini golf, waterslides, and other entertainment designed for children. The hotel created a truly memorable experience for us. I would definitely recommend it, particularly for families with children. It offers the perfect balance of fun for kids and relaxation for adults, with excellent facilities for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Pools not heated in May so it’s freezing and basically impossible for the kids to spend any real time in the pool. There is no beach or water views from the property so you could basically be anywhere.

The new lobby, bar and pool area with the sophisticated tasteful restaurant that is located close to the lobby and right at the pool area are the highlight of the hotel. New renovated rooms are 5 star like and no complains about anything. Staff was exceptional friendly to insure a perfect stay

This is an older hotel but has recently been renovated so the rooms and public areas are in excellent condition. We were all-inclusive and the meals and drinks were varied and very good. Overall, couldn't really fault anything with hotel.
