"Amazing! Location is convenient — flat and short walk to city centre. Front desk and restaurant were amazing. Complimentary water was much appreciated. Housekeeping and turn down service was good too, save for one incident when the spoons in the room were simply wiped and instead of replaced — we could tell because although the cups and spoons seemed new, there was dried up food on the spoons, food that we ate earlier. "The first night was a bit of a nightmare. They placed us in a room almost train station height on the train station side. 5:30 am we awoke to a train whistle and the smell of diesel from the train coming through our open window. The moved us to a room down the hall on the other side of the train station and it was a great experience. Nice pool, gym, sauna and steam bath. The beds were comfortable "
