We did our reservation on line and what surprise when we arrived, the receptionist do not have idea on what’s customer courtesy and show appreciation. Never introduce her self, not IID tag or uniform ( we believe she was not an No any other customers "

We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit area because of the weather but would have weather permitting. The location is great not far from Helen and hiking areas.
