"The front counter man spoke so softly I could not hear him and he was very reluctant to answer questions. I found a large black hair on my sheets and he did not want to help me. he said that he'd give me a top sheet. he could not have been more rude and unhelpful...."

"Upon arrival, immediately noticed the partially deconstructed entrance. Everyone had to use the back small entrance. Entering the hotel, it smelled of cigarettes, Marijuana & as well as a stale smell. Went to check in, clerk was as pleasant as she could be...but no enthusiasm. The hallway on the 2nd floor also had the same smell. Opening the room door it smelled like cigarettes & musty air. The shower had hair in it, the area around the toilet was NASTY and uncleaned. The comforter had brown...

"Room was basic and clean. We were there only one night and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t count on it being enough if you want more than a bagel. There was no liquid creamer which was odd to me but the dining area was clean."

"The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fresh and plenty of options. it was odd that there was a fee for parking for guests."

"We stay here every year to travel from Charlotte airport . Great staff always helpful. This year both lights in the bathroom were out( room#328). We got up early to take the shuttle and were informed there was no driver. Had to scramble and order an Uber and just did make our flight."
