"My family had a great time at Dreams. Both my 20 and 14 year olds found plenty to do to stay busy and happy. During the evenings and nights, my wife and I hung out while they had their in room screen time or walked around eating ice cream and other junk from the coffee shop. The lazy river and slides were fun for us all. Great entertainment at the pool and during the evenings. Very clean hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff was great, but a few here and there that just didn't seem to want to be bothered. I thought that was comical and moved on.Food and drink options were good. Dreams is not a luxurious resort, but it's a great place for families and all ages to enjoy. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The villas are clean and comfy but separate from main area so you have to walk or take golf carts. Food was delicious. Pool and beach are nice with plenty of shade. some peeling paint around the pool but wtvr. The food by the pool is rice and beans and chicken or pork every day. Would be nice to change it up. Drinks were great. My kids 10&12 loved spending time at the teen club- the kids club was too babyish for them. They made friends from across the world and still keep in touch with them. The staff at the teen club were great. They played video games with them and really kept them entertained. The shows at night were good but started a bit late for my liking. I think it’s bec they had a kids show earlier. Two issues: there was no entertainment by the pool. Most resorts have a schedule of activities/games, but it was just music all day. There was ONE single game when a staff member came and threw dominoes into the pool, and teams had to gather the most to win. It was fun and they should do more things like that! The biggest issue: Certain lifeguards making passes at me asking to exchange phone numbers (I said no). I was there as a single mom with my kids and it made me feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable. I’m sure some people on vacation might like that kind of thing but it was totally unsolicited and unprofessional and I felt like I had to avoid certain areas or making eye contact. I hope someone speaks to them about this unacceptable behavior. "

"We experiences someone trying to storm into our room… after the states outside yelling obscenities doe almost 45 minutes we called security and also spoke with the manager Dasha the next morning. That was the night before traveling back home, so needless to stay we were very untested on our return back from vacation "

"The concierge and service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the sales staff requesting that we attend breakfast and lunch presentations were very annoying. Its not the first experience you want to have when just arriving at the hotel. Thankfully our room accommodations and food options made it a very enjoyable experience, especially our time at MoBay! The staff and food were very good! However, we didn't enjoy the food at Negril and Sumptouri (ala carte menu) as much. We wished we could have had the hibachi experience. We had it was a great time! The gym and spa were also a nice highlight. The facilities were clean and made our stay very relaxing. We also had fun with the nighttime activities and private beach. Overall we had a good time. We would love to visit again and maybe stay a little longer next time!"
