"Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. "I loved every part of this uniquely styled bed & breakfast stay. This was in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, the people in the area all seemed like they were middle to upper class citizens, and that I loved about the area. The food that was prepared for us was so delightful and healthy that I literally had seconds. Also the communication between the host and myself was quick and responsive. I loved everything about this villa."

"My recent stay May 8 -13 at Deja Resort All-Inclusive with my family of five was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations. The customer service is second to none at Reservations (Nichelle-Ann, Kadian; Check-in desk (Lauryn, Male staff). "The staff did not know how to use the cash register. They made charges to our room even though we paid cash at the bar and the restaurant. Meaning they charged us twice for the same items. The bill also stated we made purchases from the gift shop, which we did not. We did not notice the charges until we reviewed the itemized bill. We will never stay here again."
