"This property is quite beautiful, several different “spaces”- pool, green space with seating, individual cabins, and a very pleasant and helpful staff. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the view from our cabin porch was the opposite cabin and from the back windows was pallets of construction materials. Granted I did not specifically request a view, but at this price point, I expected more."

"The staff was nice. The room was clean on the surface but there was an odor that wouldn’t go away. It actually got worse as the night went on. It is straight out of the late 70s, including the fan. Plus, the smoke alarm kept going off because of a low battery. It served its purpose for the price. If we were to go back to Moab, we would stay somewhere else."

"Great quiet location, close to Main Street (many shops & restaurants). Room was clean and spacious with a big fridge. Coffee was great! A little strange is, that there is no sink in the bathroom but two stainless steel sinks in the main room. Pool is nice. Very good experience :)."

"Had a hair on my bed and room had grout missing in the bathroom. Front desk had a little sign to ring bell for service but would only see it if you went up to counter. Was a few steps back waiting forever Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast affair"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s quaint and clean. All the amenities were provided to cook inside or on the grill. The communication was great with the host. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early too. It’s walkable to downtown Moab which was a bonus."
