"The check in was fast and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was dirty. The floor dirty. Bed sheets dirty. My husband called front desk twice and noone came to clean the room. He went downstairs to speak to the front desk and the supervisor was there and heard is complaint and immediately changed our room. The second room was clean. But we will never stay here the wait to get on the elevators are crazy long. You better off taking the stairs and the dining room for breakfast very crowded. "

"We had a great time at Pod Times Square, it was the perfect size space for what we needed. We were bummed out that the outdoor space was closed due to city construction / maintenance and the lounge furniture was anything but lounge like but the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The Bar staff were great and the service was perfect. Our room was spotless, the linens were crisp and clean, the pillows were so comfortable, the bath towels were thick and luxurious and the rainfall shower was amazing! We’d go back again! "

"My stay at The Lexington was over Easter Weekend and was very pleasant. All of the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The had festivities planned for Easter Sunday. While the housekeeping staff was very friendly and willing and they lack a little attention to detail. I only had them make up my room once and they left behind empy water bottles on the table and I found a very old bottle of eloctorlye tabs under the radiator that was probably there since the marathon. There was a strong odor of pee in the bathroom that I couldn't ascertain if it wasn't from a lack of cleanliness (as the bathroom could have used a deep clean but was clean enough) or if there was an issue with the plumbing. All in all that seems a small critique as my stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay again. "

"It’s the perfect place to stay. It’s right in the heart of the city and 2 blocks from Rockefeller. It’s very easy to see Broadway shows and the typical tourist attractions. The staff and concierge are wonderful and knowledgeable! We stayed for my mom’s birthday and they sent up complimentary macaroons and a birthday card! 10/10 recommend!"
