"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"The check-in was easy and he accommodated our schedule. The room was clean, but very dated. It was simply simple. Motel is Close to the main road and sounded like the windows were open with all the motorcycles and trucks roaring by. We did not sleep well because of the noise. The floor was dirty as my white socks showed. We recognize it’s a value motel. Probably a 4/10. "

"Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it.
The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place!
We’re already looking for next year!"

"Hotel is nice, beach location is great. There are ongoing renovations or updates. Initially we were notified for one type of renovation, but we ended up seeing other construction/updates that we weren't notified initially.
Overall clean and nice staff. I think a 4* hotel should have a couple of more restaurant options or other 4* ammenites"
