"Amazing staff"

"Chambre propre Rénovation récente"

"This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility,...

"Très propre (dès qu'une personne sort de la douche, quelqu'un passe pour la laver). Personnel serviable heureux de nous aider à réserver des tours ou le ferry."

"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!"

"Great location and super friendly staff. Onsite cafe/restaurant is also very good. I loved my room, so beautiful."

"Staff were amazing and very accommodating! Attentive to our needs. Room was good enough for 3 people. Free breakfast and free towels available. After our tours, we just walked back because the location is close to the meet up area. Close to the town square also. Didn’t get the chance to try their dinner but heard good reviews about it."

"Very nice and helpful staff,,,"

"Im gonna back !"

"The pictures are definitely deceiving with this property. It’s a room with a bed. Shower had no pressure in it. No outlets in bathroom and one outlet in room. Toilet didn’t flush just swirled everything around. Breakfast was good. The locks on rooms could be very easily broken or tampered with. Safe in room did not work. Pools were also okay, cooler but felt good. Staff was great no complaints. I can’t believe this property was rated as high as it was, seemed run down. I would find an...

"Close to beach but needs renovations"

"Amazing stay, breakfast made to order (American or Filipino) staff are very courteous, enjoyed talking to Kathlyn(hope I mentioned her name correctly, and there was Carl also helping her) very peaceful place to stay and some shops and eateries in the vicinity."

"The experience in El Nido was great! The town and area is gorgeous and the people were very warm."

"The room was disgusting. The bathroom water was brown. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we asked someone about fixing it they say it flushed and when we checked it wasn’t. We left. You can find way nicer hotels in el Nido for the same price or for even cheaper. This hotel is nasty and filled with bugs. Staff wasn’t helpful at all."

"The owner was friendly and helpful. The tour guide recommended by him (Dos Hermanos #4) was excellent. The steps to access the second floor are dangerous in the dark and should have some light."

"Good breakfast "

"Air conditioner and water was a problem every day. I booked fo 4 days and the 2nd day I had to go out and looking for another accommodation for my family of 5"
