"Our recent stay began with some initial challenges. There was a delay in room availability, which we understand was due to staffing limitations.
My family and I inquired several times about the status of our room. We were initially informed that there wasn't a specific time for our room to be ready. I continued to check throughout the day to see if we could temporarily move to a different room or utilize a clubhouse, if available, to avoid further travel. We spent some time at the beach, but after a long day of travel, we were eager to settle in.
I maintained regular communication with Ashley, who kindly offered us access to the amenities and was consistently courteous throughout the entire process. I had hoped that another room or a clubhouse might become available, but unfortunately, none were.
We understand that such situations can occur, and despite our children being quite tired, we made the best of it. A significant factor that improved our experience was Ashley's thoughtful gesture of arranging a complimentary cart for us to use at the beach the following day.
I also had the pleasure of speaking with Omar, who assisted us with our cart, and he was equally pleasant and helpful.
