Unfortunately, our stay got off to a very frustrating start. When we arrived, we couldn’t get into one of the rooms and spent over an hour trying to get in contact with someone who could help us. When we finally got someone to open the room, we discovered that it had not been properly cleaned. There were dead roaches in the shower and throughout the room, which was especially disappointing and made us question the overall cleanliness of the property.
The outdoor area itself was nice, but the chairs and furniture clearly had not been wiped down or cleaned in quite some time.
There were definitely some positives to the property, but the combination of the difficulty getting into the room, the lack of timely communication, and the cleanliness issues made for a disappointing experience. For the price, we expected the property to be clean, ready for guests, and accessible upon arrival.
