This place was nasty dirty with bullet holes on the wall. Staff was immediately rude if you stay facing the bar area you might well park at the nearest beach to sleep peacefully. I heard arguments , yelling , fighting from the bar next door. Druggies live in one of the rooms and come across very threatening

The key didn’t work, toilet did not flush and there was mold in the bathroom. All in all the stay was unacceptable. Now keep in mind that this was not the first time that I have stayed at this place and that time was acceptable. Maybe new owners but I will not be going to this place again

Dreaded going back to the hotel for the night. There were hairs and crumbs on our sheets and a horrible smoke smell lingering in the room. The floor was dirty, hair shavings on the walls and floor of the shower, and missing the simple things like hand soap and toilet paper. The room also appeared moldy in the bathroom and along the walls of the ceiling. The pool was basically non-existent and extremely disappointing; green, disgusting, and un-swimmable.

The pictures posted online are false. Pool is green and not swimmable. The breakfast includes toast and coffee. There are exposed wires in the room and limited lighting. The room smelled of mildew and mold. The AC unit was not working, it was set at 60 yet it felt more like 75.

There is no Palm and definitely no Bliss! There's so many rundown rooms. Property is not well maintained, messy, trash all over the parking lot, half-a$$ construction. Homeless people all around the back parking lot. The pool was the worst! The pictures in the listing are just for show. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of three bagel halves and toast. Coffee to drink and that was it!!! You get what you pay for. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Lord... this place was horrible. First room I was given was not cleaned. When up front to ask to be moved. The guy working the desk said "are the beds not made?" What? No ya did not clean the room up. I took pictures. The second room was slightly better. But not by much. Honestly should of just demanded a refund and gone elsewhere. Sadly was a "non-refundable room." That I would have to take it up with Expedia. Okay no problem. Perfect that email will have pictures to show how bad the room were.

The pictures online or deceiving we reached the hotel and it was disgusting. It had smelled like mold and well there was mold and we went to the front to see if we can get another room. He was said no the pool wasn’t even working and then we had our stuff stolen. It was a very horrible experience.

Showed up and entered my room only to find out that the room is not clean.. missing comforter, dirty floor, no towels at all, dirty restroom ( I even offered to clean it with their cleaning supplies) front desk said give me 10 minutes and I’ll send someone up there to check it out… 30 minutes later, I was on a time crunch mind you.. staff shoved a queen size comforter to me while I have a king bed.. I had to remind them that I have no towels and a dirty bathroom.. 10 minutes later they came back with towels.. I had to remind them once again that I have a dirty bathroom, at this point I was over it and offered to clean it myself.. staff said they would send up someone but I had to leave for an event.. I came back and the restroom was still not clean.. so I scrubbed it down with shampoo and water.. other than that, perfect place!! With vomit on the stairwell! Good weekend

Stayed here recently and was really disappointed for the price. I understand it’s a motel, not a resort, but this was well below even basic standards. Noise carried on throughout the entire night, making it hard to get any real rest. The room itself was the bigger issue — bedding and comforters had visible dirt and stains, so bad that I’d recommend bringing your own blankets if you have no other choice but to stay here. The headboard had handprints on it, which made it pretty clear it hadn’t been wiped down between guests — not something you want to think about. The bathroom was in similarly rough shape, with noticeable staining and mold that shouldn’t be there in any paying guest’s room. Overall, this place needs a serious deep clean and better upkeep before it’s worth what they’re charging. Wouldn’t stay here again

Unless you dont have the extra money dont stay here...dirty , smells bad , dirty towels it was horrible
