The room was filthy..floors turned your feet BLACK. We did not use the stove it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There was food built up around the sink and worst of all cockroaches. Husband said shower barely ran water. The staff of one was nice to us. We liked him.... Will never stay again

Check in was great. AC didn’t work. TV didn’t work. It was a day trip so I wasn’t in the room long. If it was a weekend trip or long would’ve brought it up with management. I visit Rockport frequently but will never get a room again at that oyo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite being advertised as having a check-in time of 3 PM, upon arrival, I found the office locked and unattended. A sign on the door instructed guests to call a number for assistance. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that check-in wasn't actually until 4 PM, contrary to what was advertised. Once I gained access to my room, the conditions were far from acceptable. The ceilings were dirty, and the walls were in desperate need of repainting. To make matters worse, I encountered roaches in the restroom, and there were mysterious stains throughout the room. Dust covered many surfaces, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. While the view from the hotel is undeniably beautiful and the surrounding businesses are satisfactory, these positives do not compensate for the hotel's poor maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Highly dont recommend staying here. My toilet wouldn't fill with water and my tub wouldn't drain. I told them and they supposedly fixed it but later i found out they didn't. Room was to hot and ac was spitting black stuff out of it. Pool was full of dirt because the grounds keeper blew all the dirt and trash into the pool.

Liked the location but there was no hot water for showering, there were bugs and flies in the apartment, and the smell of mildew all around which also made it unsafe.

Did even stay there. I paid for my room and went to bring my belongings and I was very dissappointed and not very happy at all . The room looked nothing like the pictures . The bed looked slept in the room stunk so bad .It had an air conditioner in the window with mold and mildew and it was so hot in there . It was horrible . I couldn’t sleep in there because the conditions was bad . I couldn’t take pictures because it was hot in there and it made me sick .

The rooms I paid for were supposed to be 2 king size bed delux rooms with full kitchenette. 1 room had 2 king size beds and a loveseat but mini fridge and microwave. I wasn’t upset about that but the air conditioning was awful. However, our second room originally had 2 full size beds and was filthy. They moved us to a room with 2 queen size beds a full size refrigerator and microwave still not a kitchenette as was in photos. It was filthy. We even found items of clothing that did not belong to us. Grass and weeds was awful. The fence around the pool was rusted rotten iron posts. The pool furniture was falling apart. This place has potential but needs a lot of TLC. Don’t even think you can do laundry either. 1 washer and dryer in a nasty room with an old lamp for a light. Many safety and fire hazards. I will say the young lady who checked us in was very nice and tried her best to get us accommodations. The manager came in the next morning and we were able to check out and she refunded most of our money so we could find another hotel. She was very understanding and helpful. Nice location though.

Spent the day at the beach and lost my room key I was locked out of my room I The office is only open between 4pm and 10pm I wasn’t even able to stay in my room and the mosquitos were terrible as well
