Highly disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived we had to place a $50 security deposit ( in addition to paying off the room) They also have a $10 parking fee. There’s not enough lighting in room214. Plus there were no body wash. AND…. You have to walk all the way to the front desk for ICE!!!

Multi Resorts at Puente Vista
Our 3rd time staying here. The only complaint I have is no washer and dryer in the unit. They do have a laundry room though.
