"I spent three hours in my car waiting in parking. Breakfast was a c plus. I had to wait on parking another Day. Thats not right. I am hundred % disabled veteran I had major surgery this week. Dont waist your time for money we paid it was a waist of time. As handicap and veteran it was a a bad experience. Did not see house keeping they dint come by rooms every day. Please remember God doesn't likw ugly And"

"Ask for extra creamer and was told they don’t have staff to get it, doors knocked on at 4:00 a.m. structure still in need of repair, things not repaired a couple years ago are still in need of repair, the only plus was on the beach, wasn’t a very clean place smelled like bug spray, carpets were stained in halls and had a bad oder"

"The receptionist was extremely rude, which made us feel that we had made a mistake booking this place as soon as we arrived. We were also required to wait four hours to check in. The hotel offered a scavenger hunt game for the kids. My daughter spent a significant amount of time completing all the tasks so she could receive the prize. However, when she went to claim it, the receptionist was again very rude and did not even seem to care whether the tasks had been completed or not. At the very least, it would have been nice if the staff had shown a little interest or encouragement, especially in front of a child. There’s something missing here in this place! Have an open mind if you decide to go."

"The parking was fine, the air conditoning was ok too, the refrigerator wasn't working "

"The rooms were very clean and staff continually dried the lobby floor allsay and night so nobody woukd trip from the wetness everyone was bringing in from the pool and beach. Staff welcomed us each time we entered the hotel and wished us fun on the beach when they noticed we were headed that way. The pull out bed in one of my rooms was broken and as soon as i let them know, they offered me another room. I did decline the offer cuz my 7 year old and 11 year old boys wanted to sleep on the ground and pretend to camp lol. Will be staying here again on future trips! "

"No hot water we had to onform yhem beforehand ao can get some type of warm water to us hall way smelt like mildew ants or nats dead on window seal , staff was assume kept apologizing for what they could not fix still fell they could have made adjuatmwnts to pricing for not informing before checking in"

"The place was okay for a weekend get away. When we first arrived it had an odor, but air fresher was left we used. Also, for the pull out bed there was only a flat sheet for use with no comforter, so our kids had to share a bed with us. The pool and dock was nice. There was coffee there for use which was nice, and the owner was responsive when needed."
