"Location was good. Room was good (roomy with kitchette). Breakfast downstairs at best was average (out of items, no coffee, etc). Some staff were very helpful but others were incovienced (morning weekend front desk)."

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. There were no working ice machines. The heat and humidity were so bad in the hallway, and no one vacuumed the hallway carpet while we were there. "The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will...

"Overall, the room was clean, easy to check in, and close parking. The photos online didn’t really match up with how the room was in person. There were also issues with the toilet not flushing and the front door not fully closing shut."

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"Booked months ahead of time and requested a room on the first floor. When I checked in they had none available and I was put on the 3rd floor. They had no idea I was a Hilton member and when they confirmed that I was they didn't give me the welcome gift. Also the pool was being repaired so we could not use it. Staff was friendly at check in but not efficient. Room was very clean and had great AC. Good place to stay with a great location. Maybe staff was just off that day."

We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room.
