"incredible flexibility!! Made a mistake with the dates, realized that 1 hour later, no problem, was able to change the dates without penalty, a lot different than other hotels that just want to load you up with extra charges. Heads up for this place, just for that it deserves the praise!"

"Everything was excellent! They gave us a tasty bottle of white wine! Location was excellent too!
The only minor detail was that the TV was kind of on the way and I bumped into it a couple of times making it a bit of a hazard. I’d consider moving it. Other than that everything was excellent!"

"El desayuno bien, completo. En el proceso del check in nos pidieron datos completos de la tarjeta de crédito y los anotaron en un papel, eso no me gustó y no me pareció que respete la privacidad del cliente. Le dijimos a los recepcionistas y nos dijeron que siempre lo hacen. El departamento muy lindo y en ingreso rápido y cómodo. La vista a la montaña no vale la pena pagarla"

A hospedagem, foi ok. eu diria excelente,
O que nós encantou, foi a degustação que perguntamos para o Horácio se poderíamos fazer no mesmo dia a noite, e na mesma hora, ele se prontificou a nós atender, e mostrar de detalhar. E foi incrível! em uma atenção e cuidado espetacular.
