"Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden täglich belegt und ist hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wirkt sauber bis auf dem Schrank wo Staub herumliegt. Ansonsten war es wirklich sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage läuft wie eine Schweizer Uhr nämlich perfekt! Die Parkplätze sind gleich am Eingang zum Hotel und es war immer welcher vorhanden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Gebiet würden wir dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen!"

"This is our second time staying here. Its proximity to the Arena and Piazza Bra can’t be beat. There is a Pam grocery store to the right a couple of blocks. If you continue to the Main Street and go right there is the best coffee shop and bakery - Barini. In the opposite direction (and on the right and then left onto the Main Street) are a great collection of cheaper restaurants and some great pizza at Bella Napoli Verona. "Camera spaziosa e pulita. Un po datata negli arredi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa tant’è che abbiamo preferito spegnerla.la colazione buona ricca di dolci. Poco salato. Mancano le verdure. Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. Il ceckin è stato veloce e cordiale. Anche il ceckout. Migliorabile sicuramente ."

"Close to the station,, rooms are a good size. Great breakfast for a 3 star hotel, continental and hot buffet. Just be aware it is about a 20 mins walk to the centre, but buses can be caught."
