"We had a great stay. Although our initial room was clean and well-maintained, it lacked WiFi access. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and promptly moved us to a larger room with a fantastic internet connection. We were very pleased with the service. Additionally, there was sufficient parking available at the back of the property, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of continental options along with made-to-order hot food. We truly enjoyed our time there!"

"David in reception was extremely helpful when I had issue pre arrival and welcoming in reception when I checked in. Have used this hotel multiple times as the location is a short walk from family and easy parking and quiet."

"We had a suite for 2 adults and 3 children Cobwebs in the rooms, bedding had small stains on it ,toilet door won’t lock,very dated and run down there was scafolding in front of our window not a problem except the ladders were not protected ( that means anybody could have climbed up the ladders to the windows ) car park is free but very small and full had to pay for parking we only stayed for 1 night it makes a premier inn look like 5 stars sorry but it’s the truth "

"This guest house was in an amazing location in Aberystwyth, right along the beach, short walk to the cliff railway and pier. We only stayed one night but it was really comfortable especially for the price."
