Excellent hotel with lovely staff and great food! The spa was amazing and they were flexible with children timings given the edge season. The massage was out of this world. Concierge super helpful. Would return here again for sure!

Excellent experience
This place impressed us from the start. We were greeted in the parking lot by name as soon as we pulled in. We were assisted with our luggage and made to feel welcomed right away. A quick tour of the hotel and spa area was provided before taking us to our room. All of the facilities were in great condition and everyone who worked there made us feel right at home. One surprising thing was that almost anyone we encountered that worked at the hotel called us by name, a nice personalized touch. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were impressed by the service and quality of food. The spa facilities are amazing and give you a lot of options to choose from throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Good stay in the heart of Dolomti.
Everything in the hotel including surroundings is beautiful and expected. Staff are friendly and courteous. Menu selection for the dinner is a little bit limited.

The staff are exceptional. The facility is immaculate. However, for a 5 star property the room was quite small with only a queen bed of just average comfort. Dramatic lighting throughout and excellent, refined decor. Concierge was especially helpful and cordial. Beautiful spa facilities, exceptional dining room.

Hotel TOP , Ristorante NO!!!
L'hotel è sicuramente uno dei migliori di Cortina, il problema è il ristorante! Alla colazione durante la settimana il personale era inadatto per un hotel 5 stelle , per la cena zero disponibilità di compiacere il cliente (avevamo chiesto di aggiungere due ospiti a cena e la reception ci ha detto che il ristorante non voleva piu' esterni anche se il ristorante non era al completo), ma grazie al cielo nel weekend cambiano il personale che ritorna ad essere super efficente e gentile. Il personale della reception e della SPA sono veramente bravissimi.

Ziemlich teuer geworden
Wir waren schon ein paarmal dort.bis jetzt war der Spa Bereich immer kostenlos,aber diesmal musste man pro Person 25 Euro für 2 Stunden bezahlen,und von den 3 Saunen waren 2 gesperrt und in die eine durften nur 4 Personen.wir hatten Pech das die Sauna beleidigt war, so konnten wir nur den Pool benutzen. Und dafür 25 Euro für 2 Stunden pro Person ist eine Unverschämtheit. Wir werden uns eine Alternative suchen

Extraordinary!!!
High quality service overall. Awasome hotel with modern and relax spa area with marvelous pool. Staff are very kind and pleasing. Room and common area are very clean with hk service twice a day. Restaurant is extraordinary with exquisite food and first class service. Ski room and parking indoor free. Highly recommend ⭐️

Under Construction!!
Be warned! They are currently under construction and the noise is practically deafening! I'm sure it's a lovely place to stay but it was absolutely impossible, and it's supposed to be a spa resort to relax and unwind, which is exactly why we went there. No chance! We checked out as quickly as we could after they started jack-hammering at 8AM, but the noise of them just getting ready to work that day woke us up before 7. They didn't offer any refund even though we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities. If you are considering staying here, call first to make sure they have completed the work (which, by the looks of it, may be a while.) I will say that Hotels.com gave us some compensation, which was very cool as this wasn't their fault, but it only added up to less than half of what the room cost for the night. We left feeling completely shaken up, nerves shredded, and very unhappy with the hotel for not doing more as far as refunding the stay.

O hotel é excepcional. Embora não fique no centro de Cortina (está a uns 2km de distância), o caminho de acesso é muito tranquilo e agradável. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos, o restaurante é 🔝, e o spa é excelente. Recomendo.

The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well equipped, spa, sauna you name it. But the most amazing part of the resort is it’s restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch and dinner there, the food is amazing, and I had the best beef tartar in my 30 years of life.
