Everything was great, only complaint is the upstairs mattress was really uncomfortable. Downstairs mattress was great. Room was clean, front desk was in constant communication of our needs.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort by Jackson Mountain Rentals
The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!

Complimentary breakfast was advertised. However the hotel had a sign out that there were not enough guests to prepare breakfast. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot and seemed to be quite a number of guests. I specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast. Also, a pair of underwear ...
