À aucun moment on nous a proposé un apéritif pour patienter. Nous avions demandé une bouteille de vin qui ne nous a jamais été servie. Nous avons été surpris par le manque de professionnalisme et de management de l’équipe. On attendait beaucoup mieux d’un hôtel quatre étoiles"
