"So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...

"Bathroom room faucet was loose to the touch. Had to use one hand to hold it and the other to turn it on. In room tablet for room functions did not work at all. Was there for 4 nights. I alerted staff about this at check in and nothing was done about it during my entire stay"

"We had not had a family vacation in a few years and Elara made it worth the wait! Our rooms were spacious with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and bar— adding to our relaxation. The location is close to the Vegas strip to enjoy but far enough to feel like you are at your own private resort. Overall, it was the best experience during our vacation."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The description of the hotel is somewhat misleading. It appears to be a timeshare facility. If you’re looking for a casino, shops and restaurants, we didn’t see them. Those are right next door at the Flamingo. Our included “breakfast” consisted of going to the small hotel store and getting a free cup of coffee, pastry and small bottle of juice from the refrigerator. Staff was very polite and friendly. Facility well maintained and clean."
