Check-in/check-out went very smooth and the reception staff were very professional and friendly. We arrived by car, so keep in mind on-site parking is limited and costs 12 Euro per day/night. "Had an absolutely amazing time at hotel Windsor, the staff were super helpful from check in to the bar staff. Breakfast and Lunch was delicious. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"

"Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st."
