"Das gesamte Personal im Casa Caracol ist sehr freundlich, ständig erreichbar und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Hostel hat neben dem Hauptgebäude ca. fünf Minuten entfernt ein weiteres Gebäude mit mehreren Zimmern, welches zwar nicht barrierefrei ist, aber über eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Hängematte verfügt.
