The first room we got didn't have any water pressure in the shower. The second room the bathroom smelled. The elevator broke down. And not all of the TV channels worked. They have a texting system, but it doesn't work correctly because every time I answered they did not answer me. The staff was however, very pleasant.

Staff was very kind and helpful! Hotel was nice, but dated. Didn't utilize the dining and was bummed to pay $5 for coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable, but a shower that doesn't drain is always gross.

The room was very clean and maintained. The heating and AC was fan ran the whole time and was very noisy. Staff was professional and friendly. We have stayed there for many times and will again.
