Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well"

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

"Really terrible. The listing said three bedrooms, but one was a laundry room with a cot which could only fit when folded up. Quite run down and dirty. Stay away."

"Ok for the price. We asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed and they came yellow. Staff was very friendly but beds weren’t that comfy, especially not the sofa bed. You can feel every spring and the sheets were very rough. Didn’t feel like the space was that clean either."

"Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. "

"The Fenwick Inn is a great hotel. The manager Madison is amazing. She is extremely helpful and professional. The entire staff at the Fenwick Inn are wonderful people. I highly recommend staying at the Fenwick Inn. The hotel is clean and the location is awesome. Walking distance to the beach shopping and restaurants "

"The property was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast included with your stay was surprisingly good. The carpet in the hallway on the 4 th floor where we stayed was a little lumpy possibly from water damage but the rest of the property was well kept and well managed. I definitely would recommend and would stay there again."
