"We had a great stay at Beach-Bum West-O. The only “complaint” would be to have more adult breakfast cereal choices, also the room only had two small lights so it was a little dark. Other than that it was a great place to stay! We will be back!"

"When we first arrived, we were early. Decided to stop by just to get our names in and to see if we were able to park there to use the beach. The front staff were great! We were able to park and use the facilities to change for the beach. before we even made it to the beach, one of the front staff JJ, came out to our car to let us know that our room would be ready in 5 minutes. We were 4 hours early. it was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and with a fantastic view of the Ocean....

"The beds were infested with bed bugs and the refrigerator stank as if something died in there. We had to change hotels in the middle of the night due to the bed bugs and now we are stuck with finding options for fumigation."

"Nobody came for anything during the 4 days of staying here! I had to ask for towels and toilet paper rolls from one of the staffs in the elevator! They had the balls to leave an envelope for tip when they didnt even come to check the envelope! This place sucks!!!"

"Our group had two rooms. The first room was clean, but the bathrooms were very outdated, and the pipes were extremely loud throughout our stay. The second room, which was supposed to accommodate five people, was missing the couch that was shown in the room description. Because of this, my 10- and 12-year-old daughters and I had to share a bed. We chose not to mention it because everyone was already settled in, and I was traveling with my elderly parents and didn’t want to make them move...
