"Stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years never had any issues until this last trip. Booked a suite this year. The sliding door to the balcony took 2 people to open and close it wouldn’t slide. There was hair in the bathroom on arrival as well as an over powering musty smell. The WiFi was useless kept getting booted off. The grand hotel was next door and I was able to use theirs and worked so much better. Booked an ocean front suite and got a side ocean view. Not worth the price we paid. What I...

"The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. They even left a broom for us to sweep up some of the sand that always comes in on your feet no matter what. We had a good size refrigerator that could hold all our drinks. We also had a small microwave. We had a drying rack for our towels and swim suits in our room. "When you don the “Hilton” name, you’d think it would be on par with Hilton standards; sadly… this is not the case. Upon arrival late at night, we were met with superb customer service at the front desk; check-in was smooth, customer service was beyond satisfactory, and parking was adequate. "We stayed here for five nights and had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was beautiful and clean. The bay view was beautiful. My only qualms were that two days in a row our room did not get cleaned. a bit disappointed that the picture of the indoor whirlpool/hot tub is not the same as what is on site and it would’ve been nice to have a rotation and breakfast each morning as opposed to the same thing every day. Air conditioner worked but venting was broken. Could see sun coming in from the cracks around the front door. Didn't feel secure."
