"Room was nice, big and clean. Breakfast was fresh and very good. There is no daily housecleaning, only every 3 days. Parking was ok but not great. Location was very good . Indoor pool was small and not so great."

"Very beautiful view, clean hotel, complimentary drinks when checking in! They were delicious. Room had complimentary little soda cans and water that were restocked daily and had a little yogurt parfait breakfast in the fridge. Happy I stayed here on the bayside rather than near the boardwalk! Would stay again!"

"We had a great stay. We basically only used the room to sleep and shower and it was perfect for just that. We did use the fridge and microwave and loved it was an efficiency room for that matter. But bring your own coffee to brew if you want good coffee lol the one they have was like water no matter how little water you use but that’s small potatoes. Overall we would stay again we actually booked for next year at a much lower rate for people to are past guest"

"When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places."

"You should have some balcony smoking rooms, pool was small even for shore, that area of the beach is very rough surf so people rely on the pool for swimming, your maximum entry is 50 people, no way you could even fit 15 comfortably, but a fabulous hotel overall"

"Everything you’d want out of a beach hotel. Room was great for those who don’t wanna eat every meal out. Nice littlekitchenette. Staff was wonderful.. sunsets were amazing. The little beach outback was great. The air-conditioning unit was really loud intended to wake us up during the night. We never had issues with parking. It was pretty close to the beach. I’d give it a 4 1/2 if I could."

"it’s a motel so it’s only so much to ask for. Location and price was decent, and the staff was very helpful and nice. Not luxurious so don’t expect that."

"We could not sleep whole night because ac make huge noise, horrible room smell can not take breath very unhealthy for kids.we reserved three rooms they gave three different locations people go to vacation enjoy but they did not organize that, one room is first floor two rooms is second floor two side,"
