"Room was nice, big and clean. Breakfast was fresh and very good. There is no daily housecleaning, only every 3 days. Parking was ok but not great. Location was very good . Indoor pool was small and not so great."

"Very beautiful view, clean hotel, complimentary drinks when checking in! They were delicious. Room had complimentary little soda cans and water that were restocked daily and had a little yogurt parfait breakfast in the fridge. Happy I stayed here on the bayside rather than near the boardwalk! Would stay again!"

"When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places."

"You should have some balcony smoking rooms, pool was small even for shore, that area of the beach is very rough surf so people rely on the pool for swimming, your maximum entry is 50 people, no way you could even fit 15 comfortably, but a fabulous hotel overall"

"The floor felt dirty, like it has not been vacuumed since the carpet was installed. The bed was stiff as a board, super uncomfortable, nothing made us want to come home to our own bed more than that night. Overall experience was more like a over priced motel than a hotel. Never again."

"The lady that cleaned our hotel was kind and so was the maintenance man. Our beds were uncomfortable. My daughter and I got stung by jellyfish and stayed one more night afterwards. However, we weren’t feeling well and decided to leave 1 night early. Expedia was willing to refund the 1 night stay but the Grand Hotel refused. The supervisor I spoke with was not pleasant. I would never stay at this hotel again."

"We stayed here for five nights and had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was beautiful and clean. The bay view was beautiful. My only qualms were that two days in a row our room did not get cleaned. a bit disappointed that the picture of the indoor whirlpool/hot tub is not the same as what is on site and it would’ve been nice to have a rotation and breakfast each morning as opposed to the same thing every day.
