"We didn't have any wash rags in our room I had to wait til the last day and the front desk brought them to my room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom by the pool. No ice machine or vending machine as stated on the 4th floor. My key card was inactive 2 hours prior to Checkout, Breakfast was amazing & the lady running breakfast was amazing! Beds were comfy staff was nice. I would stay again. "

"You could see a tiny sliver of the ocean. The man on the front desk was deaf and in his 80's. Very pleasant, however did not know how to operate the check in computer and needed help. The place was empty. My towel had make up on it. Not mine! The toilet handle was broken and had fecal matter on the lid--I have a photo--and I never did get hot water in the shower."

"I was just here this past weekend a real gem and it was a great quick trip the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgable which was a plus the view from the balcony was gorgeous and the jacuzzi was relaxing along with the fireplace dont leave it on tho lol which they tell you...this place is like its own lil island at night we attended the restaraunt on the island very nice had a band playing...we had a great time Thanx Much...oh yea parking is very accomidating"

"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"It was a little confusing to check in since we were not told that check in was at the Lighthouse despite our reservation at Edge but we figured it out. Property is RIGHT on the water and the sunset was perfect. Even though we had a little mishap with the coffee maker in our room, there was coffee in the sitting area with plenty of comfy chairs and a wonderful view of the water. The staff was so friendly and helpful! This is certainly a hidden gem in Ocean City!!! Most definitely will be back!"

"Unfortunately our room had no heat and we had to be moved to a non oceanfront room in an alternate building. The room we were moved to was nice but I really missed the ocean front balcony. My new view was a green pool. "

"I’m not sure but I requested a queen bed room but I think it was standard, bed was next to the door which made us uncomfortable, you can hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom ceiling had mold looked like they tried to cover it up. The ac thermostat was loud and disturbing. "

"Room did not overlook the beach, but you could see the beach from the left side. We didn’t get the room for the beach view. Place was clean enough, very limited bedding option. No extra blankets, pillows, or any other bedding for the pull out sofa; we didn’t need to use it anyway but it would have been nice if it was included. Other than that, the beds were soft, the room was clean enough, and the check in and check out was a breeze. Good price for an offseason weekend"

"Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again."
