"The room was small, the light switches worked different lights than their location, 1 master switch was all messed up. the toilet area was painted black, which was dark and dismal.the sink area needed to be a little closed off. as soon as the door opened, you could see all the way to the toilet. the TV was way to big for the space, it was like being in the front row at the movies."

"I initially did not like the room I had- it was quite "worn" and the bathroom curtain smelled of cigarette smoke and looked dingy- I couldnt enjoy the itsy bitsy shower because I couldnt stand the idea of the dirty shower curtain brushing up against my body. The blue chair cushions looked nasty as well. Well, by mid-day on the 2nd day- the people in the adjoining room decided to blast their music and not gaf after we complained twice to the front desk. We politely asked to be transfered to another room- which was on a higher floor (that i originally requested) and the bathroom was much much cleaner- even the chair cushions looked newer. If this room had been my FIRST experience I prob woulda gave this hotel a higher score. "

"The hotel is great but the pool was not operational. The rooms are great but the pillows are awful. The view is excellent. The staff is friendly. The food is great!!"

"The door to our balcony wouldn't open. We got moved to another room and the door to the room would not shut. Very annoying. The staff seemed to not care. You can hear everything from all your neighbors. The view was nice."
