"The hotel was very clean, but there was one thing I didn't like: everywhere else you can pre-check in so your room is ready by 4:00 and they just send you a text to let you know, but at this place the person was very rude and said we had to come back at 4:00 because they didn't do pre-check in."

"overall it is a good hotel. But it’s really noisy during the night, since our room was assigned next to the ice machine. Also the water for the bathroom was very slow and small."

"Location is fantastic, outdoor pool/sitting area/pool bars are great, fire pit is very nice, room had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise, we had one issue with the HVAC unit and it was fixed within an hour of us notifying the front desk. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were polite and professional during check in although I had to wait a while before checking in due to rooms were not ready. I finally get checked in receive the key for my room only to see the room was not totally clean. Long blonde hair was everywhere. In the beds, sofa and shower. I question if the bed lining had been changed. I was so uncomfortable couldn’t wait until the next day so I could check out. Besides the room nastiness it was a ok stsy."

"My only complaint was that they didn’t offer a full size mirror and the bathroom was a bit small but overall stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Coastal Highway"

"The pool and surrounding deck needs maintenance. We saw the same trash around the pool 3 days in a row. Did not like to see people sprawled out and sleeping in lounge area-that’s what rooms are for. We did enjoy breakfast and coffee-the staff was phenomenal."

"We had a delightful stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, food is consistently good. We enjoy hanging at the outside venue, with a wonderful staff and live music. This place has been a staple in OC, the only complainant would be that the bathroom in our room could use an update."

"Great place if you're not on the 1st floor or next to the pool. Constant flow of people and noises. We were moved to a higher floor which was much better."

"First time staying, tried cause we were bringing our dog. Nice play to stay, well renovated, saw people cleaning and maintaining the whole time. Convenient for bringing our pup, has a nice sized grassy area to walk her and area for disposal that they kept clean. Nice area to shower off after coming off beach. Decent coffee in lobby 24-7. Pool was nice to dip in with clean bathrooms outside too. Will def come again"
