The hotel did not disappoint. The room, the tub and especially the shower was the best. We also loved the view. Would come back again and get the same room. We had the presidential suite.

Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.

I booked this location based on its amenities. Prior to arriving I was informed that there was construction that could create noise. I was fine with the “noise”. I was shocked that there was no fitness center (1st image), no community room-no billiards table, ping-ping, Shuffle board..nothing except clutter from mattresses and construction material. The lobby is an old picture. There is an antique car featured on a stage blocking the gorgeous stair case. $15/nt for covered parking except that there were construction materials in most of the covered area. I complained about the charge but it was “part of the fees”. The balcony was small as pictured but don’t try to enjoy it b/c there was not even one chair to sit in if you wanted to enjoy the view of the orange coned quartered off non functioning hot tub. Anticipate the noise from Fagers Island. The DJ plays late into the night. The only good thing was the front desk staff. They were pleasant and apologized often.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They completely lie on the advertisement with pictures that aren’t real, charge you full price for a half functioning hotel because of “renovations” (they should be closed), you have to request room service that is an absolute joke (no bed changing, no leaving fresh towels… had to be requested multiple times & we still had to do it ourselves as if we didn’t pay money to stay there) & the hot tub was broken our entire stay. Upon complaining, no sympathy was given. Basically told it was “too bad” when the room was pricey. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony.

It's very well situated for access to both the southern and northern halves of Ocean City, so all restaurants and other venues are nearby.
