"Really beautiful old hotel with gorgeous views. The rooms are a bit dated but still clean and comfortable with a great shower. The balcony was a little disappointing - just two little metal chairs and no table. Some other balconies had tables but some looked broken; a lot of mismatched furniture. We walked everywhere from the hotel, but be warned it is a top a very big hill! Worth it for the views. "

"Our ferry was postponed due to weather so we had an unexpected night in Santander. What a silver lining this turned out to be! Hotel Chiqui’s location is spot on, improved only by the excellent service we received from the very helpful staff - a huge shout out to Jeimy and Cristina in particular who were both lovely. All of the hotel’s rooms face the sea - we had booked a basic room, but were upgraded to one with a balcony. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, everything you need for a good stay. The breakfast, at 15€, was amazing. There was plenty of choice and it was good quality. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Santander. "
