Sergio and his wife were so incredibly kind and accommodating, even when my travel and check-in was delayed and it took me longer than expected to arrive on my first night. Sergio took the time to point out all of the major tourism points of interest to me on a map when I checked in, and even gave me some recommendations for food and other activities in the area (which I happily took, and they were great!). "Beautiful property, really enjoyed the building and having a Murano glass chandelier ! Staff was lovely and attentive, my only reason for 4 stars is the AC was not working, in the second floor it got hot very quickly, it was cool enough that an open window would fix it but then so many mosquitos got it ! Either working AC unit (each room had one it just blew hot air) or a screen on the windows so I can open would have made the stay perfect . Great area felt very safe as a solo female "
