"A great hotel, well situated ( nr the tram station ascal Lorraine) so an easy , cheap @ 10 euros return & quick transfer from airport.
The staff are all polite & helpful & work hard esp the maids.

The hotel has a nice outdoor small area which was pleasant to sit out listening to the birds sing.
Rooms are very spacious & clean, best 3* we have stayed at in Nice, most are v v small.
The large airy lounge was comfortable to read & rest in.
We never used the bar( v v small) or had breakfast there- lots of patisseries near by.
Air con was great, needed at 30 degrees most days.
We are definatly returning & re booking with Hotel Busby next May 27’ .
