Good stay in general but some staff needs to pay more attention because I asked multiple times for a coffee being sitting in the reception but nothing comes until I complain. But in general very good hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. The rooms were reasonably spacious and the food available was good. The staff were friendly and helpful - I particularly mention Eurydice and Nadine.

This hotel was amazingly accommodating for our large group. We were traveling back to America and wanted to stay close to the airport. The staff was friendly and quickly checked us in after midnight. Georgina (I may have spelled her name incorrectly) was wonderful adding our children with breakfast. They were super excited about the buffet and pool. The restaurant staff were kind and efficient, always cleaning and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful, well kept and a perfect place to relax and have fun. Can’t wait to return!!

The experience at Novotel was great. The food service was excellent. However, The people who clean the rooms, stole my New iPhone. I would suggest that next time, the visitors should you them safe in their room to lock their belonging.

Hotel room was clean and great but room was a bit too hot with AC controlled centrally and set to very low. Service was good with friendly employees but often forgetful of ordered stuff ( like extras items or bread butter). Finally biggest inconvenience was the loud band on Thursday Friday until 11 pm and 10:30 pm respectively that was a serious hindrance to rest and early sleep

Unique et gros point négatif : le service. J'avais réservé une chambre via Hotels.com, l'hôtel a annulé ma réservation pour me faire bénéficier d'un tarif négocié par le groupe dont je faisais partie. A l'arrivée sur place, ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation....Après une heure d'attente pour le check in de 17 personnes, l'agent m'a fait bénéficier d'une suite pour quelques heures histoire de me satisfaire.

Nice rooms, service below par

The hotel is nicely renovated with comfortable rooms. The price level is relatively high and the service in the hotel does not match the price level at all. One great lady at the reception, for the rest lots of guys in suits doing nothing and unable to help out in peak periods. Food is mediocre and the cleaning crew do their work during peak (breakfast, lunch etc.) periods. Was there for two nights and got two very annoying phone calls on what time I was planning to check out.

Pleasant and comfortable...

Hands down, I think this place is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff is courteous, professional, respectful, and attentive to the guests' needs and that's a plus. Miss Eurydice is an asset for the hotel; she checked us in the night when we arrived and she was great and very pleasant to interact with. A gentleman called Comlan was very helpful as well; he helped us with our luggage. Everything about my room was very good and neat except the fact that the room which was advertised on Hotels.com was not the room that we stayed in, reason why I took one star off for comfort. I booked two rooms; each was supposed to have a King bed and a single bed, a description which appealed to the occupants of the second room because they wanted to slip in separate beds. Both of our rooms had one king bed each, and no additional bed as advertised. When we asked, we were told that there is no such room in the hotel that fits the description on Hotels.com. I found it misleading and hope this will be corrected on all the platforms that advertise this type of room for the hotel. As area of improvement, I think adding a door to the shower would be great to preserve the floor by the sink outside of the shower. Overall, we had a great time. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of pastries and fruits to chose from. I also loved the paid buffet at night and plan on going back for dinner before I return to the US. Somewhat overpriced I will say, but comfortable if one can afford it go 4 it!
