"Friendly staff, clean room, excellent bar"

"Great stay! Our room was clean, staff was friendly— only thing that was challenging was parking. $50+ for parking was wiiild! Thankfully there were 2 parking garages across the steeet for half the price. We got lucky the other 2 nights we found street parking which was free after 8pm-8am. "

The room itself feels a bit old though, eg the lighting needs to be switched on/off individually instead of centralised control; air conditioning is quite noisy when it is on so I have to switch it off when I sleep. The details of customer experience is not perfect I have to say, for example the toilet sink is too small to fit in the kettle it provides, and toilet counter top is too...

"Room was mostly tidy; however, not “clean.” Bed sheets had a few stains, the sheets were wrinkly and loose upon arrival. The restroom and switch panels were grimy and the shower curtain is not much of a shower curtain, we had to clean up the floor after each shower. The lobby and amenities here are wonderful; and the restaurant and outside patio areas are huge pluses. "Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."
