"What we did not like about our stay has already been shared. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable.
More importantly, we were not provided with a receipt. We stayed at the hotel and checked out, yet were refused a receipt afterward. We were under the assumption—based on every other hotel we’ve stayed at—that a receipt would be emailed automatically after checkout. This has always been the standard for travelers.

"The property feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. My room reeked of perfumey cleaner. Had trouble with the bathroom sink, got locked out unexpectedly. Not enough receptionists. Crummy soap and toiletries. Ran out of tissues immediately.
